Registration

There are three options for registering:

  1. Register or sign-in to your account, in the comfort of your own home, and 24-hours a day.
  2. If you do not have a computer at home, come to the FVCS office and use the designated FVCS computer*.
  3. Have the FVCS office staff set up your account and/or enroll you and/or family members. There is a 5% charge for this front office service, in addition to any other fees*.

*When you enroll for classes, PLEASE NOTE: only payments by credit card and existing credit on account will be accepted by the online system. Except for Donations, a small processing fee will be applied to all internet transactions. This fee is paid directly to the online service provider.

You may continue to register throughout the session, provided space is available in your chosen class(es).

All classes require registration, and payment prior to attending class. Fees are refundable for canceled classes only. When you register online, you must pay by credit card. You may pay by cash or check in the FVCS office. If you pay by check, cash, or credit card in our front office, a 5% fee is applied. Make checks payable to Four Valleys Community School, Inc. (FVCSI). A $25 fee is charged for any NSF checks.

Scholarships are available:  Please contact the FVCS Director for information and/or to apply.

Payment Plans are available:  Please contact the FVCS office and staff can set up an automatic payment plan that fits your schedule.

 Your Responsibility: Although every precaution is taken to safeguard you and your belongings, some of the Four Valleys Community School (F.V.C.S.) activities/classes by their nature involve a certain amount of known and unknown risk. F.V.C.S. assumes no responsibility for injuries, death, financial losses or damage to clients’ property caused by or occurring during participation in any of the activities/classes offered by F.V.C.S. Participants must assume responsibility for having sufficient skill and fitness to participate in the activities/classes offered by F.V.C.S. Participants must also certify that they have no medical, mental or physical conditions which could interfere with their abilities to participate in the activities/classes they are participating in and they must assume and bear the cost of all risks that may be created, directly or indirectly, by any such condition. F.V.C.S. requires that all participants acknowledge and expressly assume all risks associated with participation in activities/classes by reading and e-signing a F.V.C.S. Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement contract prior to participation.
