Whether you want to arrange a dinner party for friends or business associates, host a special birthday, or anniversary celebration, or create a memorable event with family, what better way than with a private event created by a top-notch chef at a beautiful location?
Up for auction is a private prefix tasting menu 6 person dinner with wine pairings hosted by Birch & Alder chef and owner Rueben Gerber.
You and your five guests will join Chef Reuben in his dining room at Birch & Alder for a private 6 course culinary experience, including wine pairings. The chef will introduce each course and discuss the accompanying wine.
This fundraiser will directly impact FVCS’s summer programs by offsetting vehicle rental costs. To take our kid’s outside the Girdwood valley this summer, we have 12 days of van rentals at upwards of $300-400 a day. Funds raised will allow us to not pass on these extra costs to local families. Additional funds raised will go towards our scholarship and financial aid programs.
Additional Details:
- Valid for 6 people.
- Wine pairings are included.
- Prepared and served at Birch & Alder located along the Turnagain Arm in Indian, Alaska.
- Must be booked in advance with Chef Reuben Gerber, on a mutually agreed upon date.
- Reservations are subject to availability. All purchases are non-refundable.
- Experience cannot be resold or re-auctioned.
